As Donovan put it, at least there is something nice about having 3 acres of desert! Perfect kite-flying space and weather!! Here are some pics of Daddy and Ellie flying Dad's fun kite.

5/20/09 -- Ellie sneezed without covering mouth (right over her water glass) and exclaimed, "That sneeze added more water to my cup!"
5/12/09 -- Ellie spilled water on her new princess nightgown and was worried. Her daddy told her not to worry. She asked, "will it dry fast?" Daddy: "Yes." Ellie: "Is it polyester?!" Daddy: "Yes." Ellie: "Yay."
4/28/09 -- Ellie's reaction to our Thai green curry last night: "Mmm, delish! Thank you Mommy for making dinner this way!"
4/08/09 -- While struggling to get her shirt on, Ellie said, "my arms are saying, 'I'll never find my way home!'"
10/05/08 -- On the way home from running errands and getting dangerously close to naptime, Ellie said, "my eyes are pooped!"
